For those who need a lighter touch a Swedish style massage will be more your cup of tea.
Lymphedema Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage is available for lymphedema treatment, pre or post operation treatment, bringing down systemic inflammation, clearing sinus issues, and detoxing.
Gentle yet powerful, these modalities have the ability to bring your nervous system to a calmer state. Working with the Lymphatic, Craniosacral, and Energy systems of the body, subtle work is fantastic to help reduce stress. The potential to help depression, anxiety, sleep problems, auto-immune symptoms, post-concussion symptoms, and headaches as well as to facilitate Somato-Emotional connection/release make this combination of work suitable for anyone. Sound Vibration Instruments and Breathwork are great additions to a Subtle Work session.
Most of the time we don't even think about our breathing, but changing our breathing can change our lives. Various breath patterns are fantastic for calming anxiety, invigorating a sluggish system, meditation, or Somato-Emotional Release depending on your intentions.
Guided breath can be included in any session, or it can be a standalone therapy. I do one-on-one and small group Breathwork sessions.
